Design and costing

Profile design and cost estimation of objects and volumes of work

Design documentation

The development of design documentation is one of the most important stages of the project, requiring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and including engineering surveys, technical calculations, and the selection of equipment and materials.

Many factors are taken into account during the development of design documentation: state construction regulations, fire and sanitary standards, climatic conditions, and the specific characteristics of the facilities and equipment.

Particular attention is paid to the preparation of calculations and specifications during the development of design documentation, which confirm the reliability and safety of the project, as well as enable accurate budget planning and minimize risks during the implementation phase.

Estimating the cost of work

Cost estimation is a comprehensive project financial planning process that includes calculating the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and related expenses, enabling accurate budgeting and cost control at all stages of implementation.

When developing a cost estimate, numerous factors are taken into account, including current market prices for materials and services, work volumes, required resources, transportation costs, etc., ensuring the reliability and validity of the estimate.

Estimates are prepared in accordance with the Federal Estimate Regulatory Framework (FSNB-2022), approved by the Ministry of Construction of Russia on December 30, 2021, No. 1046/pr., at current prices. FSNB-2022 is based on the use of current estimate standards and rates, a structured database for all types of construction and installation work, and close integration with the Federal State Information System for Pricing in Construction (FGIS CS).

A distinctive feature of this methodology is the calculation of project costs using estimated prices from the FGIS CS, along with enhanced control over the justification of rates and coefficients, which allows for estimates to be as close as possible to the actual market value of the work.

Work according to international standards

International design standards provide a unified approach to project management and quality control worldwide, enabling companies to collaborate effectively globally.

The use of international design standards improves the quality of design solutions, optimizes processes, and reduces risks, while ensuring compliance with best global practices and enabling collaboration between specialists.
